Dirty, Unsealed Pavers at San Antonio Homes
At Bellows Window Cleaning, paver sealing means cleaning the dirt off your pavers and then sealing the surface. San Antonio gets intense sun and swings between drought and flooding. We clean your pavers with the right detergents, and with weather like that, the sealer only goes down once the surface is fully dry. If your pavers are dirty and still unsealed, call us at (210) 313-1555.
The Paver, Brick, and Stone Types We Clean and Seal
Every surface on this list gets cleaned, dried, sealed, and cured in that order. We match the detergent and sealer to the material.

Pavers
We clean pavers with detergents chosen for the surface, then re-sand any joints that need it before sealer goes on. Pavers are among the common walking surfaces at San Antonio homes, and your sand options are in the next section.

Brick
Brick follows the same sequence as pavers, and we choose a sealer that's compatible with the brick itself. Stone and brick walkways are common here too.

Travertine and Natural Stone
We pick the detergent and the sealer to suit the stone. It dries completely before any sealer touches it.

Concrete
Concrete runs through the same process as pavers, without the joint sand step. If concrete is all you need sealed, our concrete sealing service covers it.
Choose Your Paver Sealing Finish and Joint Sand
You make two choices on a paver sealing job. The first is the look of the seal, and we offer natural, transparent, and wet-look finishes. The second only comes up if your joints need fresh sand:
- Polymeric sand hardens in the joints to help stop weeds.
- Masonry sand is the decorative option.
The sand goes into the joints on seal day, right before the sealer.
Why Choose a Paver Sealing Crew That Cleans First
Here’s what you get when you hire us to clean and seal your pavers.

We Never Seal Over a Dirty Surface
Every sealing job we take on starts with a full clean. We haven't met a surface that should be sealed dirty, since sealer locks in whatever sits underneath it.

PWNA Certified for Paver Work
Our crew is PWNA certified through Power Washers of North America. We use PWNA certification programs across the services we offer, and paver sealing is one of them.

Trained Technicians and a Certified Lead
Every technician on our crew is OSHA 1910 certified and completes more than 40 hours of compliance, application, and specialty training. Anyone still in training works alongside a certified lead, and every team member is background checked.

Before-and-After Photos and Updates on Your Seal Day
Paver sealing includes a return visit for the seal itself, so you'll always know when we're coming back. We photograph your pavers before and after, note anything that was already there, and keep you posted from the on-the-way text to the final walkthrough.

Insured and Bonded for a Multi-Day Job
Your paver sealing spans several days on your property, with the area taped off while it cures. We carry $2 million in general liability plus an umbrella policy, workers' compensation even though Texas doesn't require it, commercial auto coverage, and bonding, so the risk of the job stays with us, not with you.

How a Paver Sealing Job Runs From Estimate to Walkthrough
The Free Estimate From Photos or a Walkthrough
Call or request a free estimate and tell us what you'd like sealed. You can send a few photos, or we'll book a walkthrough for larger or more complex areas. You get a clear written quote, and we follow up by text or email so nothing gets lost.
Booking and Reminder Texts
Once you approve the quote, we put your job on the schedule. You'll get reminder texts before your first day.
Work Order Review and Setup
When we arrive, we go over the work order with you. Then we walk the area and look for hazards. We connect to your outdoor water source and protect the surrounding areas with tape and barriers.
Cleaning the Pavers and Letting Them Dry
We apply detergents and clean the surface with our pressure-washing rig. Then we block the area off and give it about 24 hours to dry.
Seal Day, Once the Surface Is Dry
We come back when the weather allows and the pavers are dry. If your joints need it, we put in the polymeric or masonry sand you picked. Then we apply the sealer in your chosen finish.
Keeping the Area Closed While It Cures
The area stays taped off while the sealer cures, and it needs 4 to 24 hours before it's ready for traffic. From the first cleaning through the cure, plan on about three days in total.
Walkthrough and Invoice
We walk the finished area with you before we close out. You'll get a digital invoice to pay online, or you can pay by cash or check on site. If anything looks off, we'll make it right.
Paver Sealing Prices by Area and Condition
We price paver sealing by the measured area and its condition, and the cleaning and the seal are priced together as one job. You get your final number at the free estimate.
| Pricing | Details |
|---|---|
| $299+ | Paver sealing, cleaning included: Starting at $299+, set by your measured area and its condition. Whether the surface is pavers or concrete changes the price. So do its age, how much cleaning it needs, the state of the joints and base, and how much sand the joints take. |
| Bundle Savings | Bundle savings: If you’re adding another service to your paver sealing, ask about bundle savings when you combine services. |

Paver Sealing Questions
Will cleaning and sealing fix oil stains or pavers that are sinking or shifting?
Not always: heavy oil stains that have set in for a long time may not come out completely. Cleaning and sealing also can’t fix a failed base or pavers that are shifting, though we make every effort on stains. If your pavers need repair first, we’ll tell you at the estimate and can refer you to someone who does that work. Sealer goes down only on a dry surface, so weather can also move your seal day.
