Clearing Construction Residue Off the Glass
Construction dust, paint overspray, chalk and layout marks, and stickers all come off the glass first. We work them off with traditional window tools and the right treatment for each kind of residue. Then the windows are cleaned to our window standard.
Pressure Washing the Flatwork
Next we move to the hard surfaces. Dirty concrete, sidewalks, and other flatwork are pressure washed with the detergent chosen for the surface. It is the same flatwork cleaning we bring to commercial parking lots and garages. The order of glass and flatwork follows the site's condition and the scope we agreed on.

How long does a post construction clean up take?
Most jobs run anywhere from a few hours to a full day, and larger projects can take several days. The time depends on the project and the scope we agree on at the site visit.
Will every stain come out of the new concrete?
Oil, rust, and long-set stains often need a separate treatment, and some may not come out completely. If a surface is failing to the point that cleaning could make it worse, we’ll explain that before we start. We treat the rust and staining included in your agreed scope and tell you straight what is realistic.
What if some of the new glass is already damaged?
We won’t clean damaged or compromised glass. Dust and residue can hide a small chip, and normal cleaning pressure can break a compromised pane. We point it out and leave that pane alone.
Do you need a water source on site, and can you work during San Antonio water restrictions?
We connect to the property’s outdoor water source and do not haul water in. During San Antonio Water System (SAWS) restrictions, we follow SAWS requirements. When cleaning removes a hazard like mold or a slip risk, we can file a drought variance request, or help you file one. In our experience, those are usually approved.
